Following hospitalization, Methodist offers supervised outpatient programs in fitness facilities designed especially for cardiac rehabilitation. Our programs are designed by a team of registered nurses, exercise physiologists and your cardiologist to meet your individual needs. We are dedicated to working with you to create an ongoing commitment to lifetime maintenance of your health and quality of life.

Each session includes:
