Forever Grateful to all of You!
An open letter to those who cared for our mom.
My mom was hospitalized earlier this month at Methodist in Room #723 in the South Tower. She is 86 and had fallen at the nursing home where she lives. She had a compression fracture of her L5 and a UTI and was admitted in an enormous amount of pain. In addition to that my mom suffers from Alzheimer's.
I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the nurses, aides and doctors were in caring for my mom. They did everything possible to make her comfortable and keep her pain managed. They would repeat things over and over to her no matter how many times she asked without any hesitation or sign of frustration.
I cannot thank the staff at 7 South for being so caring and considerate to someone that was not the easiest patient. I will be forever grateful to all of you!
