Note: This is a six-week course that meets at the same time each week starting on the day you register for.

Class Description

Prepare for the birth of your baby by exploring comfort techniques for labor, the importance of labor support and learning how to care for your newborn. Through education, women are able to make informed decisions about their birthing experiences. This class includes "Breastfeeding Basics." 

We recommend that you schedule your class so that it will end approximately 1 month prior to your due date.
