$20 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test
A test that measures the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in the blood for evaluating thyroid function.
$20 Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test
A blood test used primarily to screen for prostate cancer which measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood.
$20 Hemoglobin (HgbA1C or A1c) Test
The hemoglobin A1c test tells you your average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months.
$0 Hepatitis C Antibody Test
Detects if you have an antibody against the Hepatitis C Virus. A positive result requires further testing, in consultation with your personal physician, to determine the significance of this result. All positive Hepatitis C tests must be reported to the State of Nebraska Department of Health with your name and birth date.

- Enter through the Health Park Plaza/Nebraska Cancer Center Entrance.
- Masks are required.
- 10-12 hour fasting is recommended. Water and black coffee are ok prior to blood draw.
- Take your medication as scheduled unless directed differently by your physician.
- Tests are offered at a reduced fee and cannot be filed through health insurance. Cash or personal checks accepted.
