Alison Laflan, MD

Dr. Alison Laflan is hospitalist practicing at Methodist Fremont Health. She attended medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and later completed her family medicine residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Laflan attributes her love of medicine to her parents. As a young girl, she would frequently accompany her mother, a nurse practitioner, and her father, a physician, to medical office visits. She observed their work and was fascinated with the level of care they demonstrated for each patient. Inspired by her parents' commitment to patient care, Dr. Laflan's mission is to provide individualized care and to ensure each of her patients' questions and concerns are addressed.

In her free time, Dr. Laflan enjoys spending time with her family. She has a son with whom she enjoys traveling, cooking and sporting activities. She is also a big music fan with knowledge of how to play the guitar and piano.
