You know the old saying, “You are what you eat.”

Certainly with all the news, research and expert advice about food and our bodies this statement can actually be fairly true.

It’s no secret there are foods that are very good for your body and those that are not. As a standard rule, it’s always better to make sure you treat your body to more of the good foods – but allowing yourself a few of the bad foods from time to time is certainly acceptable.
