Amy Stephenson wants to thank people who donate blood, especially those who donate the blood that her daughter Emily receives in the transfusions she gets every six to eight weeks.

People think that it’s not really that big of a deal (to donate blood), but for us, we wouldn’t have a kid here today if they didn’t do it,” Amy Stephenson said.
