Specialists Hit the Road For Enhanced Patient Care

Every Monday and Wednesday, high-risk pregnancy specialists are available at Methodist Physicians Clinic Council Bluffs OB/GYN Clinic to serve patients in the area, or outlying areas that may not have local medical resources to monitor their high-risk pregnancy.

Having the specialists twice a week from Methodist Women's Hospital Perinatal Center in Omaha eases the travel burden for some of those patients.

Before offering availability at Methodist Physicians Clinic Council Bluffs OB/GYN Clinic, patients had to travel an extra 30 to 45 minutes to Omaha to be seen.
