Vicki Meyer, MS, LIMHP, loves helping her clients and making a difference in their lives. Doing so starts with respect and individualized, professional treatment, she said.

“I’ll be a good listener, seeking to understand and not judging,” she said. “I strive to foster an atmosphere of safety through trust and respect while motivating clients and giving them hope.”

Meyer, a counselor with the Methodist Hospital Community Counseling Program, has more than 30 years of experience. She is skilled at helping preteens, adolescents and adults with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, anger management, grief, communication, problem-solving, parenting, and healthy relationships and boundaries.

“Whatever they’re facing, I want clients to know that I’ll help them gain coping skills to more effectively deal with their problems,” she said.
