Educational programs for AgeLess members. Sessions are held from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., on the same mornings as the wellness blood draws at Methodist Fremont Health, 3rd Floor of Health Park Plaza.

Registration is required one week prior to the session date. Complimentary breakfast will be provided.
