A prerequisite for taking this course is that you have completed or are currently attending a birthing class or have previously given birth.

Class Description

If you desire a low intervention childbirth, this interactive course provides activities, relaxation and hands on practice for you and your partner to achieve a relaxed and holistic childbirth experience.  

We recommend that you schedule your class so that class will end approximately one month prior to your due date.

We reserve the right to change the format of our class due to the spread of COVID in the community.
