Join us for our annual drive

Methodist Health System is proud to again partner with KETV and the Omaha Salvation Army for the Back to School Backpack Program.

The annual campaign provides school supplies to families in Omaha, Council Bluffs and Fremont, helping children begin the school year with the tools they need to be successful.

Sponsors will be accepting donations at Methodist Women’s Hospital on 192nd Street and West Dodge Road on Thursday, July 31, from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.

While all donations will be accepted, the items most needed are:

  • Backpacks
  • Rulers
  • Spiral notebooks
  • Erasers
  • Glue
  • Crayons
  • Colored pencils
  • Theme paper
  • Two-pocket folders
  • Pens
  • Pencils
  • Reusable water bottles
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Tissues

Monetary donations

If you are unable to donate school supplies but would still like to participate in the drive, monetary donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
