Pilates for Cancer Survivors (Off-Site)
Class Description
With an emphasis on breathing exercises, this class is designed to help reduce stress while improving core strength, range of motion and more. Specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of cancer survivors, this Pilates class emphasizes breathing exercises to assist in stress reduction, flexibility to regain range of motion, and improved core strength and mobility to reinforce a positive self-image and boost self-esteem. This class is based on the principles of Pilates as designed by Joseph Pilates.
Registration is required for all physical wellness classes. New participants are eligible to join classes approximately one week after initial registration.
