A cancer diagnosis can impact many aspects of your life, including how, when and what you eat. Your favorite foods and recipes may lose their appeal, as treatment can cause food sensitivities, changes in appetite and other unwanted side effects.

Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center dietitians are teaming up with Tony Soto, Methodist Hospital’s executive chef, at the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge for this fun event designed to help you adapt meals and recipes to meet your individual, nutritional needs.

Join us Wednesday, March 29, for:

  • A live cooking demonstration featuring some of our favorite seasonal recipes
  • Helpful cooking techniques, tips and tricks
  • Recipes to try at home
  • A multi-course meal for you and your guest(s) to enjoy

All oncology patients, survivors, caregivers, friends and loved ones are invited to attend, but registration is required. Space is limited. Reserve your spot now by completing the form below.

Please note: Each guest (patient, caregiver, etc.) who would like to attend must complete the registration form to ensure an accurate count. Hope Lodge requires that all event participants be vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 48 hours before the event. Masks are required at Hope Lodge except when eating or drinking.

If you have any questions, please (402) 354-4282.
