$40 Wellness Blood Profiles
Includes testing for diabetes, lipids, kidney function, liver function, anemia, infection and more.

$20 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test
A test that measures the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in the blood for evaluating thyroid function.

$20 Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test
A blood test used primarily to screen for prostate cancer which measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood.

$20 Hemoglobin (HgbA1C or A1c) Test
The hemoglobin A1c test tells you your average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months.

  • BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
  • Enter through the Health Park Plaza/Nebraska Cancer Center Entrance.
  • 10-12 hour fasting is recommended. Water and black coffee are ok prior to blood draw.
  • Take your medication as scheduled unless directed differently by your physician.
  • Tests are offered at a reduced fee and cannot be filed through health insurance. Cash or personal checks accepted.
