Strength and Resistance Training for Cancer Survivors
Class Description
Improve bone density, strength, flexibility and balance with gentle exercises and activities. This class focuses on the whole body and uses resistance equipment, including bands and free weights for training.
Registration is required for all physical wellness classes. New participants are eligible to join classes approximately one week after initial registration.
