Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Class Description
This class will utilize gentle forms of yoga, including restorative and slow flow. Cancer survivors can benefit from yoga postures that are designed to ease tense muscles, improve the flexibility of the body’s joints and ligaments, and improve stability and strength. Breathing, relaxation, and meditation exercises are incorporated into the classes to help balance the body, mind, and emotions.
Registration is required for all physical wellness classes. New participants are eligible to join classes approximately one week after initial registration.
