Clinical Nurse Educator - NICU

With more than 35 years of neonatal experience, Cynthia Japp, APRN-CNS, is passionate about advancing the care of small, ill and complex infants. As the neonatal outreach coordinator for Methodist Women’s Hospital, Cynthia delivers targeted education to new NICU nurses and health professionals across Nebraska. She promotes evidence-based practices and coordinates care transitions.

The most rewarding part of her job is witnessing the transformations of extremely premature infants into healthy, thriving kids.

In her free time, Cynthia enjoys being with family, traveling and quilting.
