Clinical Nurse Educator, Labor and Delivery

Throughout her career, Kimberly Dippel, BSN, RNC-OB, C-EFM, has worked to educate and empower mothers and nurses, ensuring the best birth experiences possible.

“I love helping women through labor and delivery by helping them achieve their ideal vision of birth, whatever that may be,” said Dippel, who has 19 years of labor and delivery experience. “The joy of helping families bring another life into the world is more rewarding than I could have ever envisioned.” Now part of the Methodist Women's Hospital Outreach Program, Dippel continues to pursue her passion by teaching and mentoring staff at smaller facilities so they can better manage their patient populations and continue caring for high-risk patients in their communities.

“I love being part of such an amazing team,” she said. “Everyone I work with has such passion for teaching. We love looking at the big picture and providing nurses with the knowledge to individualize care to each and every patient. The fact that we offer such a wide variety of education to meet the needs of our nurses is very impressive to me.”

When she’s not working, Dippel enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time in the great outdoors.
