The 40 Under 40 recognition celebrates nurses and nursing professionals who are making meaningful contributions to the profession through clinical excellence, leadership, education, innovation, research, advocacy and service.

Presented in partnership by the Nebraska Nurses Association (NNA) and the Nebraska Organization of Nurse Leaders (NONL), the 40 Under 40 awards reflect both organizations’ commitment to recognizing professional excellence, developing future leaders and strengthening the nursing workforce.

“These 40 honorees demonstrate that nursing leadership is not defined solely by a title or years of experience, but by the difference a person makes in the lives of patients, colleagues and communities,” said Blake Smith, president of the Nebraska Nurses Association. “We are proud to partner with NONL to recognize these talented individuals and celebrate the leadership and innovation they bring to our profession.”
