Becoming a Mom

Every day at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital or Methodist Women's Hospital, we have the privilege of witnessing the miracle of birth.

With each new arrival, not only is new life created, it also signals another new beginning: the creation of a mother. With compassion, dedication and knowledge, our providers get to walk alongside her on her journey as she navigates what it means to be a mom.

This Mother's Day, we wanted to share a video produced by Bosley Creative which it so eloquently portrays the moments leading up to and following the birth of one family's child at Methodist. We thank the parents of Baby A for sharing. We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did.
