Family Advisory Council Offers Patience, Experience

It’s an unusual board room meeting, with toddlers squirming in chairs, parents juggling sippy cups and doctors and nurses taking it all in.

Four times a year, several parents who’ve lived through the neonatal intensive care unit experience are invited to share and offer advice to caregivers through the Methodist Women’s Hospital's Parent Advisory Council.
