Free skin cancer screening event is July 14 at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital

Preventive screenings can help detect cancer early, when it’s most treatable and before it has a chance to spread. At Methodist, we understand that early detection is key to survival, and we’re proud to offer a free skin cancer screening event on Tuesday, July 14, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. The screenings will take place in the Outpatient Surgery Department.

Use this opportunity to meet with an expert provider who can assess your risk factors, share information on the damaging effects of the sun and UV rays, and check for any suspicious spots on your skin.
