Healthy Recipe: Sautéed Tilapia Basil Gremolata

Main Dish

  • 1 - 6 oz. Thawed  tilapia
  • 4 oz. Whole cherry tomatoes
  • 4 oz. Fresh spinach


  • ½ tsp Oven toasted almonds, ground fine in a food processor
  • ½ tsp Grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ clove Fine chopped sautéed garlic


Mix together Gremolata. 

Season fish with a pinch of salt and pepper and sauté 3-4 minutes each side on medium heat until fish is opaque.   

Sauté tomatoes with a pinch of Gremolata until skins wrinkle; about 2-3 minutes. Add spinach to the same sauté pan and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.  

Place spinach and tomatoes on plate. Set cooked tilapia on vegetables and top with remainder of Gremolata.
