Jennie Edmundson Supporters Use Their Heads to Raise Funds

The fifth and final Bald & Brave Challenge was held Saturday in the 100 block of West Broadway.
The event was a fundraiser for the Spirit of Courage Charitable Patient Care Fund at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital.
The fund assists Jennie Edmundson cancer patients who need help paying for treatment, medications, transportation, supplies and other needs.
As always, there was friendly competition between four city teams for the cause. For the first time ever, the Council Bluffs Public Works Department won the Strength Challenge, prevailing over the Council Bluffs Fire Department and Council Bluffs Police Department teams to win the trophy.
