'Just a Huge Blessing': Methodist Hospital Foundation Helps Workers on the Front Lines

Published: Dec. 17, 2020

Rebecca Hollman started working in this pandemic behind a desk, as someone who taught nurses and doctors how to wear personal protective equipment properly. But as a registered nurse, she was quickly brought on to help care for patients.

"As Nebraska has been experiencing a surge, I have been pulled to the floor, so I've been able to work with COVID patients," Hollman said.

She's seen their recoveries and knows how much it hurts when they don't recover. And her family has been affected by the pandemic, too.
