Congratulations to Miles Thomas, RN, a nurse on the Critical Care Unit at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital, for being honored with The DAISY Award. In a message directly to the Nebraska Methodist College graduate, his nominator wrote:

“In January, I was brought in emergency having a major heart attack. You saved my life. You were with me through everything. You rode with me to UNMC in the ambulance. My children said you performed CPR on me multiple times. I only remember you. I just want to thank you so much. Thank you is just not enough.”
