Methodist Women’s Hospital honored with 3 Press Ganey awards

Methodist Women’s Hospital has been honored by Press Ganey, the global leader in health care experience solutions and services, with several 2024 Human Experience (HX) awards. The awards – part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems across the country – are:

  • HX Guardian of Excellence – HCAHPS (inpatient care based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey)
  • HX Guardian of Excellence – Outpatient Services
  • HX Pinnacle of Excellence – HCAHPS  (inpatient care based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey)

Guardian of Excellence awards recognize organizations that have achieved the 95th percentile or higher for any of a set of designated survey measures, including Likelihood to Recommend, Overall Rating and Teamwork.

Pinnacle of Excellence awards recognize the best of the best – up to four top performers in the aforementioned categories for the three-year award period of April 2021 through March 2024.
