Taking on Head and Neck Cancers as a Team

Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital is expanding its clinics for head and neck cancer in response to growing demand, an official said this week.

The hospital is set to increase its clinics from twice a month to every week, said Dr. Andrew Coughlin, a surgical oncologist who divides his time between Jennie and Methodist Hospital.

“We’re seeing a lot of thyroid cancer, in addition to skin cancer,” he said.
