A multi-center, observational prospective clinical study to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a home - monitoring COPD management software for early detection of exacerbations.
Study Purpose
To evaluate the safety and performance of the home-monitoring COPD management software for early detection of COPD exacerbations.
Diagnosis
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)Eligibility
COPD patients who are able to complete 6 minute walk test, do not have implanted electronic devices, and are willing to enroll. Patients should be stable but have exacerbation meeting severe criteria once within 6 months or twice if moderate
