This session defines the clinical requirements and estimated costs of each service to help you choose the right level of care for your family.

All caregivers are invited to attend Care Partner Connection: A series of free educational opportunities created specifically to address the unique challenges caregivers face every day. This program is available to anyone currently caring for a loved one in the hospital, in their own home or in a care facility.

Sessions are offered virtually on the first and third Tuesday in November and December at 2 p.m. Session topics include:

• November 3: Managing Stress While Caregiving
• November 17: Care Options Outside the Hospital
• December 1: Services Offered by the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging
• December 15: Navigating the Emotional Landscape
