Childbirth Education - Two-Part - English Belly Bump to Bassinet: Understanding Birth & Breastfeeding - Fremont

NOTE: This is a two-part course that meets at the same time for two consecutive evenings, starting on the day you register for.

Class Description

Prepare for the birth of your baby by exploring comfort techniques for labor, the importance of labor support and learning how to care for your newborn as well as the benefits of breastfeeding and helpful tips to begin breastfeeding successfully. Through education, women are able to make informed decisions about their birthing experiences.  

We recommend that you schedule your class to be finished 1-2 months prior to your due date. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend.
