Essential Tools For Labor Support

Note: This is a one-time course for expectant parents only  

A pre-requisite for taking this course is that you have completed a childbirth class such as Belly Bump to Bassinet or are enrolled to take one in the near future or have previously given birth.

Class Description

If you desire a low intervention childbirth, this interactive course provides activities, relaxation and hands on practice for you and your partner to achieve a relaxed and holistic childbirth experience.  

We recommend that you schedule your class so that class will end approximately one month prior to your due date.

We reserve the right to change the format of our class due to inclement weather or infection control within the community.
