$40 Wellness Blood Profiles
Includes testing for diabetes, lipids, kidney function, liver function, anemia, infection and more
(10-12 hour fasting is recommended. Water and black coffee are ok prior to blood draw)

$20 Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Test
A test that measures the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in the blood for evaluating thyroid function
(No fasting required)

$20 Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test
A blood test used primarily to screen for prostate cancer which measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood
(No fasting required)

$20 Hemoglobin (HgbA1C or A1c) Test
The hemoglobin A1c test tells you your average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months
(No fasting required)

Wellness blood draws will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you do not have an appointment, you may be turned away.
