Methodist Mobile Diabetes Center Brings COVID-19 Vaccine to Refugee Communities

A massive effort to get members of Omaha’s refugee community the COVID-19 vaccine is paying off. Interpreters of four different languages were on site Sunday at the East African Development Association of Nebraska, where Nebraska Methodist College's Mobile Diabetes Center set up a COVID-19 vaccine clinic. The interpreters helped to get people signed up and worked to dispel myths and misinformation.
