Fremont High School set to open $10 million career center to students

Fremont High School will open for the school year with a shiny new career center, giving students more hands-on opportunities.

The Career and Technical Education Center cost nearly $10 million to build on to the school and was funded by bonds approved by voters in 2021.

Fremont High's addition offers plenty of space for programs in welding, construction tech, automotive and diesel tech, robotics and thanks to the Fremont Health Foundation's contributions health care.
