And with the rise in coronavirus infections in Nebraska, these statistics are even more concerning.

Traci Jurrens, MD, a cardiologist with Methodist Physicians Clinic, said cases of cardiac arrhythmia has increased during the pandemic.

Specialists recommend that the Hispanic community learn about the common signs of heart disease and take care of their physical health so that they can continue celebrating the month of love and friendship with their loved ones.
