She believes that The Meaning of Care involves having compassion and empathy for each individual, regardless of their background.

“You need to see things in their eyes and understand that just giving them a shoulder to lean on helps in so many ways,” she said.

Kellogg says that building rapport and establishing trust are key in her relationships with clients.

Her favorite moments are when people who have gone through traumatic life events are able to achieve their goals by finding ways to navigate those difficulties.

She wants clients to know that they can achieve anything if they put in the work.

“Nothing and no one can take anything away from you as long as you have the dedication and drive to get to where you want to be,” Kellogg said. “In my role, I can provide that extra support and that push you may need to see your brighter future.”

Outside of work, Kellogg enjoys watching football – especially her favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs – or binge watching Netflix. She also coaches high school and club volleyball.
