Opening of Methodist Fremont Health Lung and Thoracic Oncology Clinic expands Incidental Lung Nodule Program

Published: May 29, 2026

Methodist Fremont Health is proud to expand access to specialized care with the launch of its Lung and Thoracic Oncology Clinic — helping patients get answers sooner and closer to home.

With the opening of the lung clinic in Fremont, Methodist’s Incidental Lung Nodule Program is now offered at the Methodist Jennie Edmundson Cancer Center, Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center and the Methodist Fremont Health Cancer Center.

The new clinic is designed to identify lung concerns early and ensure patients receive timely follow-up care. In addition to the lung nodule program, the clinic offers low-dose CT scans for individuals at high risk for lung cancer.

Pulmonologist Adam Wells, MD, and nurse navigator Paige Warner, RN, lead the Lung and Thoracic Oncology Clinic every Friday at the Methodist Fremont Health Cancer Center.
