Pregnancy and infant loss remembrance event scheduled for Sept. 29

In an effort to support families who’ve suffered pregnancy or infant loss while honoring the memory of their littlest loved ones, Methodist Fremont Health will host a Remembrance of Life ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 5 p.m. 

The nondenominational memorial service – which is open to parents, family members, friends and community members – will be held at the water feature in the east parking lot of the hospital (450 E. 23^rd St. in Fremont).

Families will be invited to share the names and memories of those they’ve lost on butterfly ornaments that will be displayed in the hospital’s butterfly garden throughout the month of October. Staff will offer comfort and support through scripture, song and silent reflection.
