Sarah Broadhead, MD, Joins Pediatric Team at 192 Dodge

(OMAHA) – The Methodist Physicians Clinic 192 Dodge Pediatric clinic is growing its team with the addition of Sarah Broadhead, MD, expanding the number of physicians at the location to five.

This mother of three, is a 1996 graduate of Omaha Central High School. Following graduation she attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning her bachelor of arts in psychology while minoring in French and political science.

Medical school was the next education milestone for Dr. Broadhead, attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center. During her medical training she served as a student ambassador, a Sharing Clinic volunteer, science fair judge, LEAD program volunteer, alumni run volunteer and an M4 Teaching Assistant.

She completed her pediatric residency through the Creighton-Nebraska Universities Joint Pediatric Residency Program.

Dr. Broadhead put her medical training to work after her residency, working as an urgent care physician at Boystown Pediatrics and CHI Health Pediatric Urgent Care.

She is board-certified in pediatrics, a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics, is certified in pediatric advanced life support and basic life support. She is a member of the American Medical Association.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, cooking/baking, physical fitness, movies, history and Husker football.
