Under the direction of a compassionate provider, our program bridges the gap between providers’ offices, the hospital and a patient's home by offering short-term intermittent care to homebound individuals.

Quality care at home helps patients recover and become as independent as possible in the most comfortable environment. In fact, research shows that home healthcare stimulates quicker and more complete recovery. More than anything else, home health services staff members teach patients and families about the illness and what care is necessary at home.

To provide quality care for a wide range of needs, home health nurses can assist with injections, catheters and IVs. Our nurses also provide wound care and diabetic care, and they can arrange for medical equipment. These sophisticated medical services are available to homebound residents of Dodge and surrounding counties.
