Learn tips to increase self-awareness during stressful situations and develop effective, positive coping strategies to help caregivers maintain their well-being.

All caregivers are invited to attend Care Partner Connection: A series of free educational opportunities created specifically to address the unique challenges caregivers face every day. This program is available to anyone currently caring for a loved one in the hospital, in their own home or in a care facility.

Sessions are offered on the first and third Tuesday in June, July and August at noon. Attendees can join in person or virtually. In-person classes are held in the Latacha Education Center, located on the 9th floor of Methodist Hospital’s south tower. Sessions will include the following topics:
