Learn tips to increase self-awareness during stressful situations and develop effective, positive coping strategies to help caregivers maintain their well-being.

All caregivers are invited to attend Care Partner Connection: A series of free educational opportunities created specifically to address the unique challenges caregivers face every day. This program is available to anyone currently caring for a loved one in the hospital, in their own home or in a care facility.
Sessions are offered on the first and third Tuesday in June, July and August at noon. Attendees can join in person or virtually. In-person classes are held in the Latacha Education Center, located on the 9th floor of Methodist Hospital’s south tower. Sessions will include the following topics:
- June 2, 2026: Managing Stress While Caregiving
- June 16, 2026: Navigating the Emotional Landscape
- July 7, 2026: Deciding Future Health Care Wishes
- July 21, 2026: Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Legal Guardianship
- Aug. 4, 2026: Services Offered by the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging
- Aug. 18, 2026: Care Options Outside the Hospital

Once the registration from is completed, attendees will receive a confirmation email that contains a Microsoft Teams link to join the session of their choice.
