The City of Omaha has begun intermittent street closures on Fort Street between 108th and 114th Streets. These closures may impact access to the clinic entrance on Fort Street.

Patients may need to use the back entrance located off 108th and Ogden Street to access the clinic. Please allow extra travel time when arriving for your appointment.
