New Methodist Physicians Clinic location planned for western Sarpy County

Published: Oct. 28, 2026

Methodist Physicians Clinic has announced plans to build a new clinic in western Sarpy County, expanding access to high-quality healthcare for residents in one of the Omaha metro area's fastest-growing communities.

The new clinic will be located near Highway 370 and 180th Street in the Tiburon development area near Gretna and is expected to open in fall 2027. The facility is designed to meet increasing patient demand and provide convenient access to care for families in western Sarpy County and surrounding communities.

The approximately $10 million project will include space for eight primary care providers as well as urgent care services offering patients access to care during evenings and weekends.

"People are choosing western Sarpy County as a place to live, work and raise their families, and access to healthcare is an important part of that growth,” said Josie Abboud, president and CEO of Methodist Health System. “This new clinic represents our commitment to providing convenient, high-quality care close to home while ensuring that we're prepared to meet the needs of this community for years to come."

The project reflects Methodist's continued investment in expanding access to care across the region. The new location will complement existing Methodist Physicians Clinic locations in the Gretna area while creating additional capacity for patients seeking primary care services.

Construction is expected to begin this fall with an anticipated 12-month construction timeline.

Additional details about providers, services and opening plans will be announced as the project progresses.
