He believes that clients are the experts of their own bodies and minds, and his hope is to offer tools and strategies to guide them toward making the best possible decisions.

Campbell finds it important to meet people where they’re at and provide holistic care.

“We are all coming from different backgrounds, and we all need different levels of support,” he said. “I look at the whole person. This includes not only mental health but also physical health, sleep, nutrition and overall balance.”

Campbell largely works with adolescents and is especially interested in working with clients who are neurodivergent, specifically those with ADHD and autism.

He believes that the client-counselor relationship is built on a handful of characteristics: empathy, authenticity, communication and kindness.

Outside of work, Campbell enjoys creating music on the guitar, drums and piano; rock climbing; woodworking; and spending time with his partner and dog. He’s also a big soccer fan and specifically follows Liverpool FC.
