Published: June 17, 2025

Stephanie Hogan, MSN, RN, CMPE, an accomplished leader with over a decade of health care administration experience, has been named vice president of surgical and women’s services for Methodist Physicians Clinic (MPC).

Hogan, who most recently served as senior director of specialty services for MPC, began her new role on June 1. She oversees women’s services, surgical specialties, cardiology and pulmonology at MPC locations in the Omaha, Fremont and Council Bluffs areas.

With Hogan’s promotion, Keri Charron, MBA, formerly vice president of physician and professional services at MPC, becomes vice president of primary care and medical specialty services for MPC.

“Stephanie has been an integral part of our MPC leadership team for over 10 years,” said Mick Ehlert, president and CEO of MPC. “During her tenure, she has demonstrated strong leadership in every position she has held. I’m confident she will exceed all expectations in her new vice president role.”

Hogan joined Methodist in 2008 as a general medical floor registered nurse at Methodist Hospital – “and it’s been a whirlwind ever since,” she said.

She went on to serve as a lead specialty registered nurse and, later, clinic manager at the Methodist Physicians Clinic Women’s Center in Omaha. In 2016, she became campus manager for MPC’s Westroads site. She was named director of operations for MPC in 2018 and was promoted to senior director of specialty services in 2021.

“I’m deeply humbled and grateful for this opportunity and the trust placed in me now and over the years at Methodist,” Hogan said. “I’m beyond thankful to work alongside our incredible providers and teams, and I’m honored to be a part of our patients’ stories.”

Hogan completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing with a focus on health care administration at Clarkson College.

She and her husband have five children.
