Located on the northeast end of the first floor at Methodist Fremont Health in Fremont, Nebraska, our programs and services are coordinated with referring physicians to help patients reach their highest potential. In addition to therapy, we provide patients with appropriate education, evaluation and treatment, to help improve overall quality of life.
