Methodist Fremont Health's Lauren Doeschot honored as Manager of the Year for the Nebraska district by Sodexo

Congratulations to Lauren Doeschot, the patient service manager for Food Services at Methodist Fremont Health, for recently being named the 2025 Manager of the Year for the Nebraska district from Sodexo. For more than 20 years, Methodist Fremont Health has had a management partnership with Sodexo for leadership in the hospital's Food Services Department.
Tim Holmes, the director of Food Services at Methodist Fremont Health nominated her for this recognition, and she was selected from over 40 nominations from around the region.
Holmes' nomination included:
"In her first year as a patient service manager, Lauren has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence, making a significant impact on both patient satisfaction and team engagement.
"Lauren has shown an unwavering dedication to improving the patient experience. She successfully raised patient satisfaction scores through proactive engagement and implemented a patient rounding tool to ensure personalized care. Her leadership in launching the Inspired Dining menu enhanced the dining experience for patients and residents, while her implementation of safety meetings reinforced a culture of safety and compliance. Lauren’s ability to deliver on promises and continuously improve has earned her numerous kudos and compliments from leadership.

She leads regular team meetings to promote transparency and open communication, actively develops her team and prioritizes safety without compromising service delivery.
