Omaha Woman Puts Her Health First Again

Valerie Bourdain spent nearly a decade caring for loved ones who were suffering from cancer. After they died, she was the one who needed help.

The stress of caregiving can lead to anxiety, depression and physical health problems, said Dr. Rebecca Reilly, medical director of the geriatric evaluation and management clinic at Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
